We are licensed home improvers in NYC and can do construction, repair, remodeling, or other home improvement work to any residential land or building in New York City. Other home improvement work includes, but is not limited to, the construction, replacement, or improvement of basements, driveways, fences, garages, landscaping, patios, porches, sidewalks, swimming pools, terraces, and other improvements to structures or upon land

You can do the following (but not limited) with us, and without hiring an architect:

1. Swap out old appliances for new ones in the kitchen.
2. Upgrade kitchen cabinets and countertops.
3. Replace or refinish floors throughout the space.
4. Exchange bathroom fixtures Upgrade lighting.
5. Build fences up to 4ft, landscaping and other yard work.

Work that will require a permit include but is not limited to:

1. Making layout changes, such as adding, eliminating or moving walls.
2. Moving plumbing or gas lines.
3. Making structural changes
4. Making electrical upgrades
5. Gutting your entire space.
6. Adding a new kitchen or bathroom that did not exist.

You'll need an architect or an engineer when the project requires plans and a permit by the New York City DOB. The initial consultation will guide us in the direction we have to take.

The expense is heavily influenced by the scope of the project and your financial constraints. For instance, a kitchen renovation could range from 25k and potentially have an unlimited budget. The size of your project may necessitate a team as small as two or as extensive as six crew members.

An initial deposit is usually necessary to initiate your project, with the percentage ranging from 15% to 25%, contingent on the project's magnitude. 

Typically we will work out a payment plan on a work progress schedule. You pay us when we hit certain milestones.
